EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

Join us for our Annual Plant & Seedling Sale and get some good Gardening Advice from your local farmers here at Cold Spring! We will have some excellent vendors on tap along with our Spring Tag Sale, Earth-themed Kids’ Activities, Road Clean-Up, drum circle, bonfire, and so much more!

Writers, Musicians, Crafters, Painters, Yogis, Makers, & Doers... Come with your craft and spend the day on the farm working YOUR magic in any way you see fit. This day is a time and a space and a place that YOU OWN for the day! Come here to work and to play; be inspired by your surroundings. Demos & Farm Tours will be ongoing to share and to learn. Memoir Writing On the Farm
May 20th: 11 am to 4 pm
Harvest Barn at CSF
Write your farm memoir essay drawing from the past or the present. Tour the farm for inspiration and ideas. This workshop will be led by Instructor Susan R. Waide.

Back by popular demand, we hope you'll join us for another fun day on the farm. This time, it will be Summer! Visit with the animals and join us for a walk in the garden, ID common plants, make your very own paper pots, plant seeds, and press flowers.

Cheesemaking On the Farm

Join two local farmers and experienced cheesemakers, Marianne Halpin & Jess Stone, for an evening of cheesemaking. Learn the basic process, sample it with delightful pairings, and take some home!
This will be the 1st class of a series while the grass is green and the milk is fresh!

New Life is not uncommon here on the farm and we take the time to cherish and celebrate it. We enjoy sharing our new little bundles with our farm friends and family. In this photo, Jeff & Mason are watching newborn piglets nurse with their Mama, Cinnamon, and we are answering all of Mason's questions about birth and life. These are a few of many animals you will see on our farm.

Please be advised that the GPS address will bring you within a mile of the farm. Our farm is just up the hill from First Beach and the Pavilion. You can visit our farm stand 7 days per week, May-November. Contact us in the off-season for product availability. As always, we ask that you drive slowly and leave your adorable pets at home.
