WHAT IS A CSA?
Community Support Agriculture (CSA), keeps farms thriving and hardworking farmers supported year-round in bringing fresh, organic products to market. Our Farm Share (CSA) is a flexible way to access fresh, local food, on your terms. Cold Spring Farm serves: Farm Share members, the community, farmer markets throughout the region and our farmstand. You can purchase a Farm Share membership, subscribe to weekly or monthly products, and shop our farmstand online and in-person.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN A FARM SHARE?
The best-tasting just-harvested vegetables and fruits with nutritional value that can’t be beat. You are getting your share of the harvest no matter when you sign up. Offering enrollment options year-round because we are growing, harvesting, canning, and storing food 365 days a year. There is food in our fields, in our greenhouse, in cold storage, in our freezers and refrigerators, on our shelves, and in our Farmstand all year long. Quality direct to you, everyday of the year!
WHAT MAKES COLD SPRING’S FARM SHARE UNIQUE?
Unlike other programs, our Farm Share offers year round enrollments. We are not just farmers, we are eaters, too. Both are year-round endeavors! We love our food and we grow lots of extras to share with you!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you purchase a Farm Share, you’re buying flexible access to fresh, seasonal produce, on your terms.
Choose from three basket sizes: Squat, Peck, or Half-Bushel, and purchase as many as fit your household, budget, and schedule. Your Food Share is loaded onto a card, and you can shop whenever it works for you. When your balance runs out, simply reload. No deadlines. No pressure. Renew anytime.
You can enjoy your share in the way that suits you best: Have it delivered to your doorstep (we’ll pack it for you, tailored to your preferences), or visit our Farm Stand and hand-select exactly what you want.
Shopping your share is easy, stop by the Farm Stand any day of the year, or visit us at local farmers’ markets throughout the summer.
This is CSA, reimagined. With a Cold Spring Farm Farm Share, you’re not locked into a rigid weekly pickup schedule. You’re not wasting food when life gets busy. And you’re not scrambling to give your share away when you’re out of town.
Just fresh food, when and how you want it.

Jess ran a CSA on her own for several years before meeting her now-husband, Jeff. In 2012, they brought their shared vision to life, launching Cold Spring Farm’s CSA with a commitment to building a more sustainable, accessible, and year-round local food system.
Today, their Farm Share is designed to work with real life. Join anytime, shop when it suits you, and simply renew when your Share Card runs out. No rigid seasons. No pressure, just fresh, local food on your terms.
When you join the Cold Spring Farm Share, you’re doing more than filling your basket, you’re investing in farmers who are deeply committed to their land, animals, and community. Your Farm Share support helps ensure this farm continues to grow for years to come.
If you believe in local food, this is one of the most direct ways to support it. And when you choose to shop your share at the Farm Stand, you’ll find far more than produce. Cold Spring Farm offers its own meats and eggs, alongside a thoughtfully curated selection of local dairy, baked goods, and pantry staples. It’s not just a Farm Share, it’s a full, local food experience.
